The trek reaches Sandakphu at 3,636 m, the highest point in West Bengal, with panoramic views of Kanchenjunga and, on clear days, Mount Everest.

Things to Note

  1. Please avoid carrying unnecessary clothing or luggage.
  2. Carry sufficient warm clothing, thermals/inners, and T-shirts. T-shirts should preferably be changed daily as they may get wet from trekking.
  3. Bring your personal medications and essential medical supplies.
  4. Carry a reusable water bottle, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, and hiking poles.
  5. Accommodation at Molley and Phalut is in remote areas. Please do not expect hotel-style facilities or luxury services.
  6. Trekkers' huts generally have common/shared washrooms.
  7. Shower facilities are available at Gorkhey and Sirikhola.
  8. Transportation will be provided using 2 Toyota Innovas.
  9. 5 porters will be provided for luggage support.
  10. National park/forest entry tickets are included.
  11. Mountain weather can change quickly, so the itinerary may be adjusted by the trek leader/guide depending on weather and trail conditions.
